Reynald G. Bonmati
Chairman, CEO
Reynald G. Bonmati founded the Company in December 1993. He has served as
a Director of the Company since its formation, as Chairman of the Board,
President and Treasurer of the Company since January 1994. Mr. Bonmati has
served, and is currently serving, as President of Bones L.L.C. a private investment
firm, since its formation in1997. Mr. Bonmati received BS and MS degrees from
the Institute National Superieur de Chimie Industrielle, France, an MS degree
from the Ecole Nationale Superieure du Petrole et des Moteurs and an MBA
degree from the University of Paris, France.


Neil H. Koenig
Chief Financial Officer
Neil H. Koenig, C.P.A. has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since
September 2002. Mr. Koenig also serves as Interim Chief Financial Officer of First
Union Real Estate Equity and Mortgage Investments, a publicly traded real estate
investment trust since August 2001. Mr. Koenig is a managing partner of Imowitz
Koenig & Co., LLP, a certified public accounting firm and is the managing
member of the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC, a consulting
company serving the real estate industry. Mr. Koenig received a B.S. degree from
Farleigh Dickinson University and a MBA degree from Fordham University.


Ralph G. Theodore
Vice President, Operations
Mr. Theodore has served as Vice President, Operations of the Company since
May 1995. Prior to coming to Orthometrix, Inc., Mr. Theodore was a business
consultant in Connecticut from 1980 to 1994. He was Vice President of
Kensington Management Consultants from 1981 to 1984. He then undertook a
two year assignment as Chairman of the Board of AID3 Group, a start-up,
multinational computer Development Company. Between 1972 and 1980, he held
a succession of senior management positions with ITT Corporation in Europe
and in the U.S., including the position of Worldwide Product Line Manager for
industrial products. Mr. Theodore holds BE and ME degrees in electrical
engineering from Yale University.


Chrystele B. Zawislack
Marketing Manager
Chrystele B. Zawislack has served as Marketing Manager of the Company since
April 2002. She served as Applications Manager from April 2001 to April 2002 and
as Applications Specialist for the Northeast Region from May 2000 to April 2001.
Mrs. Chrystele B. Zawislack holds BE and ME degrees in civil and environmental
engineering from Villanova University.


Christopher Gordon
Applications Manager, pQCT / Galileo
Christopher Gordon, Ph.D. has served as Orthometrix's Chief Scientist and
Applications Manager for the pQCT and Galileo technologies since March 2001.
He specialized in osteoporosis research and is considered an expert in the
application of peripheral and high resolution computed tomography in the
assessment of bone mineral status. Dr. Gordon received his Ph.D. in medical
physics from McMaster University for work investigating image-based methods for
improving fracture risk determination in subjects with osteoporosis. After
graduating Dr. Gordon did his postdoctoral work at the Osteoporosis and Arthritis
Research Group, University of California San Francisco (UCSF). After completing
his postdoctoral work Dr. Gordon joined the faculty of UCSF where he served as
an Assistant Adjunct Professor of Radiology. Currently Dr. Gordon maintains an
academic appointment at McMaster University and has authored over 75 articles,
conference abstracts, and book chapters.


Bruce M. Harvey
Sales Manager, Rehabilitation/Fitness
Bruce M. Harvey, DPE has served as Sales Manager, Rehabilitation/Fitness for
the Galileo line of products since November 2002. Prior to joining Orthometrix, Dr.
Harvey owned and operated Healthcare Practice Advocates, providing clinic
practice valuations, enhancement, and brokerage services. He served as Vice
President of Development for Community Rehab Centers from 1995 to 1999. Dr.
Harvey began his tenure in the healthcare field as a Medical Rehabilitation
Specialist for Cybex from 1988 to 1995. Prior to Cybex, he was director of a resort
health club and spa at Sugarloaf USA in Maine and an Associate Professor and
Department Chair teaching courses in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology and
Biomechanics in the Vermont State College System. Dr. Harvey holds a Doctor of
Physical Education degree from Springfield College specializing in Exercise
Science.


Pat Cunniff
Customer Service Engineer
Mr. Cunniff has been a Customer Service Engineer for Orthometrix since April
1996. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin in June of 1978 with a
Bachelor of Science Degree (Teaching K-12). He also graduated From Madison
School of Electronics in June of 1990 with an Associate in Science Degree.


Juri Schule
Customer Service Engineer
Mr. Schüle has been a Customer Service Engineer for Orthometrix based in
Montreal, Quebec, since August 2003. Prior to joining Orthometrix, he worked for
Stratec Medizintechnik GmbH, the manufacturer of our pQCT systems, where he
was responsible for manufacturing and servicing pQCT systems. Mr. Schüle
graduated from Pforzheim, Germany in 1994 with an Electrical Engineering
Degree. He then graduated from the Research Center of Karlsruhe, Germany in
1998 as a Communication Electrician.
